Beyond the Body’s teacher training is rooted in tradition, weaving traditional yogic philosophy and yoga practices for the modern practitioner.
We believe that practice and a lifelong commitment to learning are foundational elements of a successful yoga teacher. It is our honor to play a part in each of our students journey, and hope to serve as a continued resource for education, support, and space of practice in our community.
Graduates of Inner Yoga Teacher Training program can expect to gain the ability to teach a Hatha Vinyasa class comfortably and confidently with proper and safe alignment.
Expect to leave this training confident in: anatomy & physiology of yoga, yoga philosophy, history of yoga, adjustments, meditation, pranayama technique, the subtle body and the nervous system, yoga class theming, yoga ethics, and the business of yoga.
